Day 5: ThailandšŸ‘‰Bangkok City Tour

Iā€™m already on the half of my backpacking tour, now in my 3rd destination. I have no fixed schedule on my 3 days in Bangkok. My main agenda is the Sak Yant tattoo and Kanchanaburri tour. I just allocated one day to explore the city or whatever I feel like doing.

My new acquaintance (a fellow Filipino) is going to the Grand Palace tour and asked me if I wanted to go with her, so I did.

Since we stayed in Mascot Hotel in Pratunam where there is a ferry boat station nearby, we opted to ride the ferry boat (just to experience) going to the station near the Grand Palace. Bangkok is famous for boat along canals.

Upon arrival, we seemed to lose our way to the Grand Palace, nevertheless, we have enjoyed entering and photographing into the modern temples we passed by.

At last, we reached the Grand Palace. Itā€™s a grandeuce place indeed.

Lots of tourists flock in the area.

The Grand Palace was quite huge that after 5 hours of walking from temple to temple, weā€™re tired and ended the tour.

We walked our way to Khaosan where we had our lunch.

Then we went back to Pratunam anx drop by at Ratchaprapop Night Market and Platinum Mall.

After an hour of window shopping šŸ˜…, we then went back to our hostel.

In ordinary days I'm an industrial engineer and an advocate of Global Financial Literacy. In extraordinary days, I'm wanderfully crazy to go on adventures and explore, dreaming to experience life on different places. The world is not scary afterall....
