Day 6: ThailandšŸ‘‰Kanchanaburi Tour

Bangkok is a wonderful place to wander. Various types of tour packages are offered by different agencies around the city. From historical century-old temples, modern temples and palaces, to elephant riding, theme parks, trekking, and etc, you have a varied option to choose from.
For me, since I love and very fond of going to historical places, I chose Kanchanaburi full day tour.

I booked the tour in a tour agency in Khaosan Road just a day before my planned schedule. They are more or less 50% cheaper than those offered online but they have similar itinerary.

As early as 7:30am, I was picked-up from the hotel then the tour service proceeds to different hotels around Khaosan Road to pick up other tourists. Around 8am, we depart from Bangkok City and head to Kanchanaburi. We arrived on our first stop at around 10am.

War Cementery

Jeath Museum

The Bridge Over the River Kwai

Travel by Train along the Death Railway

At around 1pm we alight from the train and proceed to a Thai restaurant for lunch.

After a sumptuous lunch, we continued the tour.

Elephant Riding

Bamboo Rafting

Saiyoknoi Waterfalls

At around 4pm, we depart going back to Bangkok and arrived in Khao San road at around 6pm.
